Description

 

Position Overview

Responsible for user growth and monetization of the Lofty Listing application. The primary objective is to drive consumer-side (B2C) traffic growth and collaborate with other platform modules to design lead distribution and revenue-sharing mechanisms, maximizing the conversion value of every traffic source.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design of consumer-facing product experiences within the Listing application, including core scenarios such as property details, search and filtering, map-based discovery, and property viewing appointments. 
  2. Develop and execute consumer growth strategies by designing and optimizing the entire conversion funnel—from traffic acquisition to user registration, lead generation, and appointment booking—to improve lead quality and conversion rates. 
  3. Integrate AI capabilities into the consumer experience, driving the development and launch of features such as intelligent recommendations, natural language search, and AI-powered home-buying assistants. 
  4. Collaborate with other modules across the Lofty platform to establish an end-to-end lead flow from consumers to agents. 
  5. Design and optimize the platform’s monetization framework, including revenue-sharing models, agent tiering systems, Premium Listings, and other monetization strategies. 
  6. Drive product iterations and A/B testing through behavioral and transaction data analysis, taking ownership of key growth, conversion, and GMV metrics.
Requirements

 

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in consumer-facing marketplace, platform, or matching-based products. 
  2. Proven experience in AI product design and implementation, with a solid understanding of generative AI, recommendation systems, and search technologies in consumer applications. 
  3. Strong data-driven mindset, capable of independently designing and executing growth experiments and monetization models. 
  4. Professional English communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and collaborate effectively in an English-speaking work environment.
