POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role serving patients across the lifespan
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness education
• Build meaningful long-term patient relationships within a community-based setting
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care team supporting comprehensive treatment plans

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $75,000
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible Scheduling Options Available
• Limited Call Responsibilities
• One Weekend Every 8 Weeks With Stipend

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive health screenings and wellness visits
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Coordinate care with specialists and support services
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
