Position Overview

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives for new products and business lines. This role will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead conversion, CRM funnel optimization, and revenue growth. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel from market awareness to customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies, including target audience definition, customer segmentation, messaging, campaign planning, and growth targets.
  • Design conversion funnels covering lead generation, demo booking, sign-up, and customer activation.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize acquisition and conversion strategies.

Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Plan and optimize landing pages, campaign pages, and website conversion flows.
  • Define page structure, CTA strategy, and lead capture mechanisms.
  • Improve conversion rates through data-driven testing and iteration.

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Manage CRM workflows and lead lifecycle processes using HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Configure and optimize contacts, deals, forms, workflows, campaigns, lead routing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of campaign attribution and conversion performance.

Campaign Management

  • Design and execute email campaigns, outbound campaigns, paid media campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other acquisition channels.
  • Monitor and improve campaign KPIs such as open rates, CTR, demo bookings, sign-ups, and pipeline conversion.

Funnel Optimization & Sales Collaboration

  • Define and optimize Lead ? MQL ? SQL ? Opportunity ? Closed Won conversion stages.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve lead handoff processes and follow-up efficiency.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and drive conversion improvements through experimentation and analysis.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor growth performance.
  • Analyze lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and sales efficiency.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve growth and revenue outcomes.
Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management, Growth, GTM, Marketing Operations, or related experience.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, Marketplace, PropTech, or lead-generation businesses is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy, customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product and business decisions.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including documentation, presentations, and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching new products or business lines.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, marketing attribution tools, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
