Licensed Physical Therapist – PT – Full Time

HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This PT will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide treatments at two campuses offering a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. This is a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week and includes compensated mileage and drive time for travel between the two facilities. The communities are located about 6 miles/15 minutes apart: with one nestled in the vibrant Eastown neighborhood, and the other located near Cascade and Ada.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
