Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure quality and consistency

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budget efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and residents to accommodate special dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Food Service Supervisor, or similar role in a healthcare or assisted living setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special meal planning
