Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional who is ready to expand their impact beyond day-to-day operations and help drive the success of a thriving, patient-centered practice.

Our busy general dentistry office is home to six providers and a strong, established patient base. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both patients and team members.


What You'll Do

  • Support and oversee daily office operations
  • Partner with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and efficiency
  • Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and operational performance
  • Assist with team development, accountability, and office culture
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help drive practice growth and operational excellence
  • Support patient experience initiatives and service recovery
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to achieve practice goals

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of dental experience required
  • 2+ years of dental management or leadership experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Experience with Open Dental preferred
