As Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, lead financial performance, support leasing initiatives, and partner closely with maintenance and vendor teams to ensure the property continues to operate at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the community and ensure a positive resident experience
- Manage rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident account accuracy
- Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and reporting
- Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects and service requests
- Support leasing and occupancy goals through collaboration with the leasing team
- Conduct property inspections and ensure community appearance standards are maintained
- Build strong relationships with residents through responsive communication and exceptional customer service
- Address resident concerns professionally and proactively
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Foster a collaborative and positive community culture for residents and team members alike
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of residential property management experience
- Strong understanding of rent collections, budgeting, financial reporting, and property operations
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, AppFolio, or similar property management software preferred
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
