Position Summary

Liberty Defense Group is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Business Development Manager to expand our presence within the healthcare sector. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new security service contracts with hospitals, healthcare systems, medical centers, and related healthcare facilities.


The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, security services, facilities management, healthcare administration, or business development and possess an established network of healthcare decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Liberty Defense Group's healthcare client portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, medical centers,  clinics, and healthcare systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives, facilities directors, security directors, risk managers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and security assessments.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to develop customized security solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on sales activities and business development efforts.
  • Represent Liberty Defense Group at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and healthcare associations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

Required 

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, healthcare administration, facilities management, or contract security services.
  • Strong  network of healthcare industry contacts.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and securing contracts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience selling security services.
  • Former healthcare security director, facilities director, healthcare administrator, or healthcare operations leader.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and contract negotiations.

Compensation

  • Base + Commission
  • Opportunity for significant earnings based on contract growth

Salary Description
$60,000-$80,000
