Director of Global Commercial Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Global Commercial Marketing who can bring strategy, storytelling, leadership and execution together to help drive the next chapter of our global commercial growth.
In this role, you’ll lead marketing programs and campaigns that support Matrix across global markets, channels and customer segments. You’ll partner closely with global leadership, product management, creative, digital, sales and regional teams to translate business priorities into compelling brand work that connects with customers and strengthens our position in the commercial fitness industry.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop global commercial marketing strategies and tactical plans that support the Matrix brand, commercial business priorities and regional market needs.
- Build and manage marketing programs that bring brand, product, channel and customer stories to life across multiple geographies.
- Lead, mentor and support commercial marketing team members while collaborating with cross-functional partners across the organization.
- Partner with product management to create launch strategies, messaging, campaigns and sales enablement tools for commercial product lines.
- Guide brand standards, messaging and market positioning to ensure Matrix shows up consistently and competitively around the world.
- Collaborate with digital teams on website content, paid and organic social, media opportunities, SEO/GEO-focused content and broader digital brand strategy.
- Support global events, industry associations, trade shows, strategic accounts and key customer-facing initiatives with thoughtful, high-impact marketing tools.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines and priorities while keeping teams aligned and work moving forward.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior brand marketing role, including at least 3 years of staff management experience.
- Strong B2B brand leadership experience with the ability to turn strategy into clear, effective execution.
- Experience creating global product launch campaigns and marketing programs that resonate across regions and cultures.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, content strategy and brand-building in a B2B environment.
- Proven project management, budget management, communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative leadership style, strong initiative, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A passion for fitness, wellness, innovation and customer experience is a plus.

- This position is based at Johnson Health Tech North America’s headquarters in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin.
- Global and domestic travel is required.
- Occasional evening or early morning calls may be needed to support international collaboration.
