The Sales Revenue Owner serves as a strategic business partner to clients, delivering high-level sales and service support that directly impacts Becker Logistics’ operational and revenue outcomes. This role starts between $50,000-$60,000 annually with a healthy incentive structure. It also includes Dental, Vision, Life, and Medical Insurance, along with a 401(k) (no match). 

This role is a salaried role. It is Exempt from Overtime based on the nature of the work performed. We expect that the employees in this role perform office or non-manual work directly related to business operations and exercise independent judgment on signficant matters. 


  

Accountabilities: 

· Relationship Management 

· Revenue Growth & Retention: Independently identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, expand service offerings with current customers, and prioritize high-margin opportunities.

· Organic Growth

· Providing Excellent Customer Service/ Timely Service

· Operational Alignment: Partner with internal teams to manage account requirements, delegate work to coordinators, and make autonomous decisions to meet customer SLAs.

· Partnering with Operations 

· Training & Mentorship: Guide the onboarding and development of Account Coordinators through direct coaching and workload delegation.

· Delegating to Account Coordinators 

· Maintaining New Business Acquisition: Make independent decisions in targeting and securing at least two new customers per month, including cold calling and opportunity qualification.

· Company Initiatives and All Other Tasks

· Business Review Calls

· Completing Discovery Calls for new Customers 

· CRM & Activity Management: Maintain and self-direct outbound sales, discovery calls, prospecting, and CRM cleanup efforts daily to ensure transparency and data accuracy.

· Completing Daily Activities: CRM activities and Phone Calls to current and prospecting customers

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in sales preferred 

• 7+ year of experience in working with shippers in the freight/logistics industry

• 5+ year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions

• Demonstrated success in high-growth environment, including process development, implementation, and execution

• Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills

• Comfortable with change 

• Resourceful and flexible

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized

• Manage and prioritize competing demands  

• Excel proficiency preferred

• Experience with McLeod Software preferred 

Salary Description
$40-$60k/year plus incentives and health insurance
