Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain organized filing systems for documentation and records
- Track the status of orders and ensure timely updates
- Perform data entry in Teams and QuickBooks to support daily operations
- File warranty claims with vendors and monitor the return of products
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support team efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards law enforcement and government agencies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior administrative experience preferred but not required
