JPI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Cyber Command (CGCC-3) (CGCYBER). This role will support technical writing, documenting requirements, maintaining Microsoft Power Platform suites, meeting facilitation, and overall project management support. This position is well suited for candidates with experience supporting federal cybersecurity agencies. This role requires working across multiple departments within CGCYBER. The individual must have the ability to understand the different CGCYBER functions and generate solutions when required.

Responsibilities Include:
Program & Project Support
- Support team members in developing, coordinating, tracking, and reviewing project activities and deliverables.
- Track project actions, milestones, risks, and deliverables using task trackers and status reporting tools in MS Teams.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation, schedules, lessons learned, and knowledge management repositories.
- Support development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
Operational Support
- Assist with managing client initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Meeting & Communications Management
- Design, facilitate, and coordinate working groups, and leadership engagements.
- Draft executive briefings, memoranda, and reports for senior team members’ review.
Collaboration Support
- Monitor incoming correspondence and task requests in shared mailboxes, and initiate responses in a timely manner.
- Maintain organizational templates, trackers, SOPs, and communications repositories.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cyber, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing SOPs, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.
- Meeting coordination and facilitation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Government clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting DHS, USCG, DoW, or other government agencies.
Desired Skills
- Experience developing Artificial Intelligence tools in Gemini, and/or ChatGPT.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).

Expected compensation for this role is between $55,000-75,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
