Position: Brand Marketing Specialist
Location: Uxbridge, MA
Position Schedule: Monday – Friday, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Starting Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000

Position Snapshot: The Brand Marketing Specialist is our Lenze brand champion and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by enabling our sales team to deliver high-impact customer interactions across North America. This individual leads the execution of trade shows, customer events, and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools and experiences needed to win new business. With a strong sense of ownership and creativity, this individual ensures every event and customer interaction delivers against business objectives while elevating the Lenze brand.

A day in the life:
- Own the procurement and management of sales enablement materials that support customer engagement and revenue generation, including product collateral, signage, trade show assets, and customer-facing resources
- Coordinate branded apparel, promotional items, and customer giveaways used to enhance sales interactions and strengthen customer relationships
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with the right tools and materials, in the right place, at the right time for trade shows, customer visits, and key selling moments
- Partner with sales to understand upcoming opportunities and prepare materials that support target accounts and sales objectives
- Lead and execute company tradeshow events from planning through follow-up, including logistics, on-site setup/takedown, promotion, swag, and vendor coordination
- Manage post-event activities, including budget reconciliation, expense reporting, outcomes, success metrics, and lead tracking
- Coordinate logistics for customer meetings and in-person trainings, ensuring a seamless experience (catering, room setup, materials, customer gifts)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related communication
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotels, team dinners, activities, and transportation
- Own procurement & inventory of Lenze-branded apparel, giveaways, and promotional items; manage vendors, purchasing, and invoicing
- Manage digital signage across locations in alignment with U.S. and global standards
- Support employee engagement initiatives through internal marketing content
- Travel as needed to support events across North America (primarily U.S., ~15%)
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in event, field, or brand marketing, with demonstrated success independently leading and executing company events
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; outgoing and collaborative
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution quality
- Experience with ERP systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate feedback into action
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and projects independently
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and support event setup as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically, including overnight travel
