We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Superintendent to oversee all physical aspects of the building. In this role, you will be the driving force behind property upkeep and contractor management . What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  •  Utilize your expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building infrastructure and equipment.
  •   Oversee all property maintenance, including inspecting and signing off on the work of subcontractors, cleaning companies, and flooring installers.
  •  Conduct daily building walkthroughs  to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.
  •  Work closely with the Site Manager and City Manager to report job progress, manage daily supply needs, and keep the building fully stocked. Maintain a neat, organized workspace and consistently adhere to all company safety and health policies.

Requirements

 

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

  • Strong foundational experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting).
  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • A proven ability to work independently, manage your own time, and take ownership of the property.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing for team check-ins.
  • Exceptional communication skills when reporting to management and interacting with community members.
