Description

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking our services. This role is perfect if you thrive in a people-centered environment, want to build valuable administrative and client service skills, and are motivated by making a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate client records and update electronic systems
- Conduct Urine Analysis (UA) on substance use clients
- Support providers with documentation, co-pay collection, and appointment tracking
- Handle office tasks like supply orders, mail, billing, and cleanliness
- Provide occasional coverage at other locations as needed

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Pass background and child abuse registry checks
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move comfortably in a busy office setting
