Warped Wing Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced Multi-Location General Manager to lead FOH and BOH operations across four taproom and smokery venues. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect big-picture strategy with daily execution, strengthen systems, develop teams, raise service standards, and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations, Facilities & Events
- Lead daily operations across all four venues, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
- Improve workflows and implement clear operating procedures for FOH and BOH teams.
- Oversee facility needs, vendors, inspections, repairs, cleaning partners, and supply chain support to keep venues fully operational and compliant.
- Support venue Event Managers in booking profitable internal events, building local community relationships, and executing events successfully.
- Coordinate menu changes, specials, and promotions with culinary and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution at the location level.
Team Leadership & Accountability
- Supervise FOH Managers and the BOH General Manager with clear expectations, coaching, and direct performance feedback.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain capable teams across all locations.
- Address performance issues directly and make staffing recommendations or changes when needed to protect service standards and business results.
Financial Collaboration & Oversight
- Partner with Finance to monitor performance, support budgeting and forecasting, manage expenses, and identify revenue or cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reporting, and compliance with company financial policies.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Define high service standards and train teams to create authentic, proactive guest relationships rooted in our commitment to “Share a Pint, Make a Friend.”
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and use feedback to identify operational improvements.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that drives repeat business and strengthens Warped Wing’s role in the local community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven multi-location hospitality, restaurant, taproom, brewery, or smokery management experience.
- Strong ability to lead managers, develop teams, improve systems, and guide teams through change.
- Financial literacy, including experience with budgets, P&L review, expense control, and profitability strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business times.
