Description
- Oversee assigned crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead safety and training initiatives.
- Ensure job sites are safe and prepped for crews before arrival.
- Train and support new and existing employees.
- Coordinate with customers to plan schedules and manage changes.
- Perform daily spot checks of completed work.
- Assist with billing, scheduling, and warranty projects as needed.
- Attend job site meetings with builders and homeowners.
- Review and approve employee timecards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of field experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
