Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Community Manager to lead operations at Auburn Brook Apartments in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong multifamily professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional resident experiences, building high-performing teams, and driving property performance.
What You'll Do:
• Lead all day-to-day operations of the community
• Manage leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing and company policies
• Supervise, coach, and develop on-site team members
• Maintain occupancy and delinquency goals
• Oversee resident retention and customer service initiatives
• Partner with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and turns
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
• Prepare reports, budgets, and operational updates
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience
• Affordable housing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
