The Vice President of Aftermarket Services (Middleby Advantage) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for transforming and scaling Middleby's aftermarket service, installation, and parts programs into a high-performing, customer-centric revenue engine. This role will develop Middleby Advantage into a scalable, profitable aftermarket services platform that drives recurring revenue growth, enhances customer experience, and strengthens customer relationships across the Middleby portfolio.


The successful candidate will drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, aftermarket revenue growth, service standardization, and operational efficiency while leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across a complex, matrixed organization. Working collaboratively with operating companies, sales channels, service networks, and key customer accounts, this leader will align stakeholders and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and improve service delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of Middleby Advantage into a scalable, revenue-generating aftermarket services business.
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies across service, parts, and installation programs, including standardized playbooks, roadmaps, and operating frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish project management disciplines, KPIs, and financial performance metrics across all Advantage initiatives.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs that deliver measurable business outcomes and operational improvements.
  • Leverage digital tools, AI, and automation to improve workflow efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and scale national and international installation and service networks through Middleby First Service providers and strategic third-party partners.
  • Develop contracted service, installation, and preventive maintenance programs that deliver consistent, high-quality support across chain accounts and dealer channels.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize operational costs.
  • Expand and standardize the Middleby Advantage service portfolio to support key customer segments.
  • Partner with sales teams, dealers, and operating companies to align service offerings with market demand and customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships across operating companies, OEMs, dealers, distributors, service partners, consultants, and end users.
  • Support key global and regional accounts while aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  • Support and standardize international service and parts strategies through scalable contracted service models, consistent performance metrics, and shared customer experience standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale transformation and operational change without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business units and functions.
  • Strong program management, team development, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
  • Experience building and scaling aftermarket service, parts, and installation programs within manufacturing or multi-brand environments.
  • Track record of transforming fragmented service organizations into unified, customer-focused operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve operational performance.
  • Ability to translate strategy into executable plans, playbooks, and measurable results.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and multi-location customers within foodservice, retail, manufacturing, or related industries.
