About the job
WHO WE ARE
Installnet International is a furniture installation and project services company operating across commercial, government, and healthcare environments. Our team operates under three core values: People First, Remarkable Service, and Solutions-Driven execution. Everyone here is expected to be a mentor and a contributor to the growth of the people around them. That starts on day one
THE ROLE
The Outreach Coordinator is the relationship builder behind our Ecoserv program. You will connect with nonprofit and community organizations across North America, helping match furniture and workplace assets with organizations that can put them to meaningful use. Every day you'll build relationships, coordinate logistics, and create positive outcomes for both our customers and the communities we serve.
The Outreach Coordinator role is the starting point of our outreach and sustainability career path. You will learn how donation matching, recipient engagement, and project coordination come together to support large scale commercial furniture decommission projects.
If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, communicating with people, and making a tangible difference in communities, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
Recipient Outreach

- Research, vet, and match qualified recipient organizations with available furniture donation opportunities

Project Coordination
- Coordinate recipient logistics throughout the donation process and communicate schedule updates as projects evolve
- Support project teams by ensuring recipients understand pickup requirements and timelines
- Verify recipient information and maintain accurate records within company systems
- Occasionally visit local project sites to assist with furniture tagging, inventory documentation, and recipient coordination
