Join a PT-owned outpatient practice focused on movement, function, strength, and long-term recovery — with a manageable caseload and a collaborative clinical team.

Our Physical Therapists treat a diverse patient population, including musculoskeletal conditions, head/neck/back pain, arthritis and nerve-related conditions.

You'll provide evidence-based Physical Therapy while working alongside medical and behavioral health providers who support other aspects of the patient's care.

You focus on what you do best: helping patients move better and regain function.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide outpatient Physical Therapy focused on mobility, strength, and function

• Deliver therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs

• Educate patients on pain science, body mechanics, nutrition, and injury prevention

• Utilize techniques such as dry needling and cupping, when appropriate

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans

• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise PTAs and support staff as appropriate

Qualifications

• Arizona Physical Therapist License or eligibility

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong interest in outpatient rehabilitation, patient education and functional recovery
