The HR Coordinator will:
- Coordinate events, meeting and activities as directed by the Director of Human Resources.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with new employee files.
- Coordinate employee offboarding.
- Assist with preparation for employee orientation.
- Perform routine filing, scanning, and achieving records.
- Coordinate office mail and deliveries.
- Assist with and/or prepare correspondence as needed.
- Prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements and assist with audits.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS systems.
- Paylocity experience (preferred)
This is an on-site position based in the Human Resources office at Springfield Hospital in Springfield, VT.
Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $24.75 - $27.60 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
