THE OPPORTUNITY

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our signature Park Room restaurant. As the operational leader of the outlet, you will oversee daily restaurant performance while developing leaders, inspiring service excellence, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Working closely with Culinary, Beverage, and Catering leadership, you'll ensure operational efficiency, financial performance, and a culture centered around hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the daily operations of the Park Room while ensuring exceptional hospitality and service standards
• Develop, coach, and mentor Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and hourly team members
• Build meaningful relationships with members while anticipating their needs and resolving concerns with professionalism
• Manage scheduling, labor, payroll, revenue controls, and departmental financial performance
• Partner with Culinary, Beverage, Catering, and other departments to deliver seamless dining experiences and special events
• Promote a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Requirements

  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a private club, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and hourly service teams
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine service, and hospitality operations
• ServSafe Food Protection and TIPS (or equivalent alcohol service) certifications preferred
• Proven leadership, financial management, coaching, and communication skills
