There are multiple positions on our swing shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:25pm to 1:55am, and is eligible to receive a 7.5% shift differential on the base rate of pay. Preference will be given to individuals with experience on shears, punches and presses machines.
There are multiple positions on our day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Preference will be given to individuals with experience on waterjet machines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process product using equipment such as: shear, blanking press, turret press, waterjet, manual router, press brake, and other equipment.
- Meet safety and quality system requirements by following established procedures.
- Process work within performance and delivery requirements to meet productivity standards and customer expectations.
- Support all members of the manufacturing and Orion team fully to achieve company, departmental, personal goals, and objectives.
- Act as a role model for Program Participants, meeting standards for work ethics, behaviors, personal grooming, and attendance

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience utilizing various machines listed above and processes for production.
- Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and specifications (Boeing engineering drawings a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer usage, experience with ERP system highly desired.
- Organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collectively
- Communication and teamwork skills; able to relate well to all internal and external customers.
Wage Range:
The pay range for this role considers several factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, education, and other business needs.
