What You’ll Do
As a Member Services Specialist in our Contact Center, you’ll be a key voice of TCCU, helping members with their everyday financial needs. Your responsibilities include:
· Answering incoming calls and responding to voicemails with professionalism and efficiency
· Assisting members with account inquiries, online banking support, and card services
· Processing payments, ordering debit/credit cards, and supporting ATM/VISA issues
· Opening and closing accounts and accepting loan applications
· Researching and resolving account discrepancies
· Providing friendly, accurate service while maintaining confidentiality
· Educating members on credit union products, services, and promotions
· Following credit union procedures and financial regulations

What We’re Looking For

· CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
