We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Commercial Driver to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies
• Transport goods and materials over short or long distances while adhering to delivery schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours of service
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Work independently and make decisions to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements for commercial drivers

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the delivery or warehouse / distribution business
• Able to lift, move and carry objects up to 50lbs for an extended period
• Able to push and pull up to 200lbs
• Operate manual / electric pallet jacks
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Proven experience operating commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and DOT requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good physical condition and ability to perform vehicle inspections and handle cargo
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routes
