SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies across social media, website, mobile app, email, text messaging, and other digital channels. This role drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and online growth by creating compelling content, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Little Creek Casino Resort’s digital presence.
This position serves as a key contributor to the Marketing team, ensuring a consistent brand voice and delivering engaging digital experiences across all platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage and maintain LCCR’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging digital channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
- Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to enhance guest engagement.
- Grow organic reach, audience engagement, and brand awareness across all digital channels.
- Capture and create written, visual, and video content for digital use.
Website, Mobile App & Digital Platforms
- Manage and update website and mobile app content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Track website and app performance, engagement, and traffic metrics.
- Develop digital strategies to improve user engagement and online experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or agencies on website updates and digital improvements.
Email, Text Messaging & Digital Campaigns
- Create, schedule, and execute email marketing and text messaging campaigns.
- Draft compelling content for digital communications and promotional campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on engagement and conversion data.
- Support paid advertising initiatives including digital campaigns, SEO, and SEM strategies.
- Maintain vendor relationships related to digital marketing services and platforms.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor KPIs across all digital channels including social media, website, email, and paid campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion performance.
- Support reporting efforts by providing digital marketing insights and performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

S.I.G.E. TRIBAL - STATE COMPACT & ACCOUNTING & INTERNAL CONTROL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Internal Control and Compact compliance regarding Casino Operations and ensure compliance with regulations of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, website management, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or resort industry experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Gaming License issued by the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.
- Valid Washington State Driver License and ability to be insurable under the Tribe’s insurance policy.
