We are seeking a Talent Development & Culture Specialist to support our growing People Operations team at Mindcolor Autism.
This role will have a primary focus on employee and leadership development, performance management and fostering a positive company culture!
Mindcolor Autism was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families impacted by autism. Responsibilities
Employee and Leadershipe Development
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain employee and leadership training programs.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to create comprehensive learning and development initiatives.
- Facilitate virtual trainings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Manage and continuously improve the company's onboarding and orientation experience.
Performance Management
- Lead the organization's biannual performance review process, including timelines, communications, resources, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain tools, resources, and programs that support employee growth and performance.
- Partner with leaders to promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Manage the annual employee engagement survey process, including survey design, administration, analysis, and action planning.
- Develop and oversee the company's stay interview program to identify retention opportunities and employee development needs.
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend strategic initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with regional leaders and People Operations Business Partners to implement culture-building initiatives across the organization.
- Serve as Co-Chair of the Mindcolor Mosaic Committee, supporting diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience creating and facilitating training programs.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other workplace technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting performance management programs.
- Experience managing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRIS, HCM, LMS, or other people-focused technology platforms.
- Experience working in a multi-state or remote workforce environment.
Work and Travel
- Fully remote position supporting team members across all U.S. time zones.
- Typical business hours fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM; occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
- Travel up to 10% may be required.
