Description

The Campus Visit Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, families, and guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from their very first interaction with Central College. This position plays a key role in coordinating campus visits, managing visit logistics, facilitating communication across campus partners, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout their visit journey.

  

· Deliver outstanding customer service by providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to prospective students, families, and all visitors to the Admission Office. 

· Coordinate and manage all aspects of individual and group campus visits, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each visitor. 

· Partner with admission staff, faculty, coaches, and Admission Ambassadors to design meaningful and personalized campus visit experiences for prospective students and their families.

· Communicate visit details and provide ongoing support to prospective students and families before, during, and after their campus visit. 

· Mentor and guide Admission Ambassadors as they create welcoming, informative, and memorable experiences for prospective students and their families.

· Accurately enter and maintain prospective student information in Slate from a variety of sources, including online inquiries and phone interactions. 

· Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional office atmosphere that helps prospective students and families feel valued from the moment they arrive.

· Assist with the successful implementation of campus visit programs, admission events, and special projects that support recruitment and enrollment goals.

· Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the campus visit experience and contribute to the achievement of enrollment goals.

Requirements

· Associates degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.

· Very strong attention to detail.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

· Objective, enthusiastic, committed, flexible and proactive.

· Professional demeanor and works well with others.

· Willingness and ability to adapt and learn new technology.

· Ability to multi-task and take initiative to find solutions to problems.
