Perform as a regional source for the Company’s corporate office providing technical, application, and operational support and training. Enhance regional employee’s application, procedural, and policy knowledge. Assist with upgrading and implementing new procedural and operational processes and monitor its ongoing success. Assist the Company’s corporate office with the enhancement of application processes, operational procedures, and policies used with the Company. Assist the IT Department’s Infrastructure division with systems and network maintenance upgrades.
Regional Property Support
1. Perform as the first point of contact within the designated region(s) to address property management applications, policy, and procedural questions.
2. Assist in the implementation of new applications, procedures, and policies.
3. Assist the IT Infrastructure team with hardware and connectivity implementation and problems as needed. Provide periodic in-field follow-ups of computer performance.
4. Assist IT department with maintaining and enhancing application programs.
5. Review property performance and regional success of application implementation ensuring that it is compliant with Company procedures and standards.
6. Collaborate with local regional management teams to promote property and regional success and continuity.
7. Enforce network security to prevent unauthorized access.
Regional Training Support
1. Train, enforce, and support Company policies and procedures for designated regions and assist other regions as needed.
2. Travel regionally to train internal customers on topics related to the Company’s initiatives and integrated software(s) in online, in-person, individual, and group settings.
Corporate Support and Career Educational Development
1. Assist in developing and maintaining Regional Application Analyst training guides for corporate departments.
2. Assist in developing and maintaining Regional Application Analyst related operational procedures and policy.
3. Attend periodic career development meetings and trainings sessions at the Company’s corporate office location.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency of the English language
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain self-motivation
6. Intermediate experience with using Real Estate Management software such as MRI, Yardi, OneSite, etc.
7. Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products and related software
8. Comfort with training employees on operational processes and policy in various settings
9. Must have a valid driver’s license within state of residency and an acceptable driving record
10. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and learn new concepts quickly
11. Periodic travel to other regions with the option to work remotely at another office or regional office
12. Must work in a remote office or designated regional office. Remote office option can be removed at the discretion of management.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or certification in Real Estate, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Education preferred.
Experience: Two or more years of residential property management experience. Management and/or training
experience preferred.
