The Role

In this role, you’ll support both employees and leadership by delivering a broad range of HR services while helping create efficient processes that enhance the overall employee experience.
This position will be located at our corporate office in Hutchinson, KS.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Support recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and process employee updates in HR systems
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and reporting needs
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Contribute to HR initiatives, events, and process improvements
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
What Will Help You Stand Out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems
- Exposure to payroll processes or benefits administration
- Interest in process improvement and HR technology
A Day in the Life
In this role, your day may include reviewing HRIS updates, supporting a hiring manager with recruiting needs, answering employee questions, and assisting with payroll or benefits processes. You’ll collaborate closely with HR team members and leaders across the organization while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
