Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks according to established recipes and standards

- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area, including equipment and workstations

- Manage cash register operations and handle transactions accurately

- Restock supplies and ensure product presentation is appealing

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

- Assist in opening and closing duties as required

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Basic math skills for cash handling
