Position Summary
The primary purpose of your position as a clinical shift Supervisor is to supervise the clinical team during their shift, including resident care and medications, assistance with clinical oversight, and employee relations.
Schedule Details
- Full-time Status on 2nd Shift (4 pm - Midnight), working 32 hours a week
- Weekend rotation required - Every other weekend
What this role would look like day to day
- Facilitate and oversee resident care needs of the clinical staff
- Manage day-to-day clinical staffing needs
- Attendance at various meetings involving resident care issues
- Communication liaison between management, physicians, families, and staff
- Initiate and update resident care plans, assist with discharges and admissions, assist with complicated clinical needs of residents, assist with medication pass and treatments
- Assist in ensuring orientation and training process of clinical staff, conducting employee evaluations, counseling personnel as needed, and keeping written personnel records as required.

Nursing License as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with relevant experience from the state of Michigan preferred. If not licensed as a Nurse, 3-5 years of experience as a clinical supervisor with Med Tech experience required.
