Manager in Training

Requirements
Primary Duties:
- Run our location operations alongside our management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers. You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, equipment maintenance, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Interview, hire, and train employees.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience working with customers (Hospitality, Retail, etc.)
- You must be willing to work outside during all seasons
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer/Point-of-Sales knowledge
- Bilingual a plus
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Move safely over wet or uneven terrain and in confined spaces
