About the Role
Concept Rehab is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall function while working with a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT services
• Collaborate with team, patients, and families
• Supervise COTAs
• Maintain documentation and participate in care planning

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current MI OT license (or eligible)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
