IDrive Autos, a reputable buy here pay here car dealership located in Central Kansas, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our dealership by assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the car-buying process.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and specifications of the vehicles in our inventory. Be able to effectively communicate the benefits of different models to customers.
  3. Sales Process: Walk customers through the sales process, from initial contact to test drives and finalizing the purchase. Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, financing options, and warranties.
  4. Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for the purchase. Ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership and legal requirements.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Targets and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall dealership objectives.
  7. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Attend networking events or community activities to promote the dealership.
  8. Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
