Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely data exchange with Government reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain an effective quality control (QC) program to ensure services are performed IAW this PWS and ensure all work is properly transitioned and documented in the outgoing transition plan.
- Update the customer tracking database and provide metrics on the status of all supported programs (e.g., program milestones, S&T PP status, PPP status, type, and the number of surveys and/or assessments conducted).
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree and additional 2 years of experience in operations support for a total of seven (7) years
- Five (5) years of experience in operations support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Product Suite
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
