Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive safety in all aspects of work
- Set goals for performance and deadlines that comply with company’s plans and vision
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Maintain time keeping and personnel records
- Assist in hiring and training new employees
- Assist and coordinate employee site specific training
- Oversee and ensure that all test reports are accurate and submitted promptly
- Assist and create/maintain manpower and work scope scheduling
- Work closely with Job Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assign and track vehicles for field service jobs
Requirements
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Book hotels and per diem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to multitask under significant pressure
- Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office and Excel
