Overview

We are seeking an experienced Arthroplasty Specialist to lead the development and growth

of our Arthroplasty business throughout the Tampa Bay market. This position is designed

for a high-performing orthopedic sales professional who combines strong clinical expertise

with a passion for building business. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource

for surgeons and healthcare teams while driving market share growth, supporting complex

surgical procedures, and expanding strategic relationships across hospitals, health systems,

and ambulatory surgery centers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue across the assigned territory

• Provide intraoperative support for arthroplasty procedures

• Build surgeon relationships and expand market share

• Execute strategic sales plans and account development initiatives

• Manage inventory, evaluations, and customer service activities

• Mentor and develop junior team members

• Performance-based incentives

Territory

This position supports customers throughout the Tampa Bay region, one of the fastest-

growing orthopedic markets in the country.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 2+ years sales experience with arthroplasty case coverage

• Strong OR knowledge and case support experience

• Proven sales performance

Preferred:

• Shoulder arthroplasty experience

• Existing Tampa Bay orthopedic relationships

• Experience with primary and revision reconstruction
