As our Human Resources Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, HRIS, and employee development. You'll play a key role in helping our employees and our organization succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead all Human Resources operations and initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
• Oversee benefits administration, HRIS, employee records, and government reporting.
• Coordinate management training on HR best practices.
• Administer compensation and performance review programs.
• Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies to improve retention and reduce absenteeism.
• Support a safe, productive, and positive manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Paylocity experience is a plus.
