What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across the organization.
- Partner with managers to develop hiring strategies and fill critical roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection.
- Represent CFI at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
- Manage onboarding processes and support a positive new hire experience.
- Assist with general HR duties, HR initiatives, and compliance activities.
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Three or more years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
- Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services recruitment.
- Experience recruiting licensed professionals and difficult-to-fill positions.
