Global Pricing Operations Manager
Remote Worker - US
Description

DwyerOmega is building the next generation of enterprise pricing infrastructure, and this role is at the center of it. As Global Pricing Operations Manager, you will be the definitive owner of pricing data, systems, and processes across the enterprise. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with deep reach across Sales, Finance, IT, Order Entry, Customer Service, Application Engineering, Product Engineering, and more.

As DwyerOmega grows through both organic momentum and strategic acquisitions, you will bring each new business into our pricing ecosystem, building a scalable, AI-powered infrastructure that evolves continuously with the company.

Pricing Process and Workflow Design

  • Map and document all existing pricing workflows, formal and informal, to create a clear, enterprise-wide picture of how pricing decisions are made and executed.
  • Design and implement standardized pricing workflows that drive consistency, speed, and scalability globally.
  • Build and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and ERP-integrated business workflows that centralize pricing data and establish a single source of truth.
  • Develop AI agent workflows that automate and intelligently manage core pricing processes at enterprise scale.

Acquisition Integration

  • For each new acquisition, map incoming pricing workflows and adapt them to DwyerOmega's established standards.
  • Onboard new entities into the enterprise pricing ecosystem and build repeatable integration playbooks for ongoing scale.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has operated at the intersection of commercial processes, enterprise systems, and emerging technology, and who brings both the analytical rigor and the human skills to make complex change stick.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience process mapping commercial, financial, and ERP workflows at scale, with documentation and outcomes to show for it.
  • Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI use cases scaled to an enterprise level, not just pilots or proofs of concept.
  • Deep ERP fluency, including workflow design, configuration, and data architecture (not just end-user experience).
  • Strong data and analytics proficiency, including EDW/data warehouse experience, master-level Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with AI and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar agent-building tools).
  • 7+ years experience with Pricing strategy or CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool experience.
  • Python or a comparable coding language is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
  • Experience working across global, matrixed organizations, including acquisition integration or business systems harmonization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics preferred; or 10+ years equivalent experience.

Essential Skills:

How You Work

  • Self-starter, you assess, plan, and move without waiting for direction.
  • Structured thinker, you bring clarity and frameworks to complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Clear communicator who adapts your message to your audience, from the C-suite to the IT architecture team.
  • Bias to action, you build momentum and favor progress over perfection.
  • Systems thinker with high ambiguity tolerance, you find building structure from scratch energizing, not frustrating.
  • Change management sensibility, you know how to bring people along as processes and systems evolve.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Location: Fully remote (US-based)
  • Travel: Approximately 20%, including international travel to support global operations and acquisitions
