Delta Dental of Arizona (DDAZ), the state’s #1 dental and vision insurance company and a leading health and wellness company, is looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our Product team. This role reports to the Director of Planning and plays a starring role in helping us ensure our product meets the needs of our customers
As our Product Marketing Analyst, you’ll sit right at the intersection of product, marketing, and data; you will help turn research and market trends into the products our customer wants. You’re just as comfortable digging through a spreadsheet of NPS scores as you are pitching a campaign concept that gets the whole room nodding.

Essential Duties
- Conduct data and competitive analysis to evaluate performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Interpret trends and patterns from complex data sets to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including managers, and marketers, to understand business goals and translate them into measurable objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new product and program launches.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and progress as appropriate, including to executives, customers, and partners.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
The starting pay for this role includes a base salary of $66,900 - $92,700. Local Hybrid remote.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment across multiple departments.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong understanding of Insurance, benefits, and target audiences.
- Desire to jump in and learn new concepts to share with others.
- Experience bringing new products or capabilities to market.
- Preference given to candidates with related experience in healthcare, insurance financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data and business intelligence from all sources to build cases for product innovations.
