Summary Description

This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation between service and parts departments, working closely with service technicians.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Come to work ready to make it happen every day!
• Take and fill parts orders from the service technician timely and accurately.
• Pre-stage immediate and future parts for sales and service repair orders.
• Update inventory control system and parts catalogs.
• Report all defective stock parts with the appropriate warranty codes to the claim administrator.
• Process and track warranty claims.
• Assist on the parts counter working with customers.
• Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop.
• Pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
• Accurately handle cash register operations including returns, warranty, and other transactions.
• Other Duties as Assigned
