Service Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Center Representative

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Service BDC team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. 


Pay

  • $18 per hour plus monthly bonuses

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Fixed bi-weekly rotating schedule, including every other weekend

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently
  • Review vehicle history, open recalls, and  manufacturer-recommended maintenance
  • Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication
  • Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills (Customer Relationship Management experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes
  • Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment while listening carefully to the customers concerns      and needs
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry
