Job Title: Sales Support Administrator 

Reports to: Sales Manager 

Department: Sales


Job Summary: 

The Sales Support Administrator provides critical support to the sales and operations teams. Responsibilities include processing bids and orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers, managing delivery and chassis schedules, maintaining records, assisting with quotes, and supporting marketing efforts. Strong communication, excellent computer skills, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential. 


Supervisory Responsibilities: 

None 


Duties/Responsibilities: 

Support daily functions including, but not limited to: 

  • Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization 
  • Collaborate with sales manager & shop manager 
  • Daily interactions with customers & suppliers via phone, email, etc 
  • Process and submit municipal bids, blanket purchase orders 
  • Process municipal equipment purchases 
  • Partners with sales team to quote small equipment 
  • Intercede between our Howell & Dutton Store 
  • Assist with parts & wholesale sale items 
  • Maintain paper & electronic files  
  • Establish & maintain in house customer relationships  
  • Create purchase orders (special orders, stock items, bulk ordering, etc)  
  • Maintain company website and clearance items  
  • Assist Sales Team spec writing adhering to Proven Process (SPECS) 
  • Organize customer training and bus trips that are hosted by T&T 
  • Sales support for shows, customer training, presentations as directed 
  • Some travel (monthly) to Howell, MI store 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision 
  • Working knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office) 
  • Working knowledge of company software and procedures 
  • Great attitude and ability to work with others 
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal  
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of Municipal/Government Purchasing is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Truck build up process is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control is a plus 

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Physical Requirements (representative but not exhaustive):  

  • Sitting, crouching, kneeling

Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC/marijuana), physical, and background check.
  • Must be able to work from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Salary Description
$25 - $28 / hour
