As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be the face of SlicFiber in the business community—driving growth, building relationships, and helping organizations upgrade to world-class connectivity.

What you'll do
· Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned commercial quotas.
· Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with prospects, presenting the SlicFiber value proposition.
· Engage in proactive outreach including cold calling, lead follow-up, and referral network development.
· Build, maintain, and communicate accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity to management.
· Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and community involvement.
· Cultivate strong relationships with decision makers, influencers, and local business leaders.
· Attend regional IT events, chamber of commerce gatherings, and community networking functions to expand brand presence.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance—to deliver seamless customer solutions.
· Provide feedback from the field to help shape product offerings and market strategy.
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, technology, or MDU environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Knowledge of telecommunications and internet access services is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Organized and data-literate — able to track metrics and flag anomalies early.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events in the community.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
