Do you have a caring heart, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others live their best lives? Tomorrow's Hope is looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our amazing Supported Living team! 


 This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities. 



 

What You'll Do

  •   Provide attentive, support and care
  •   Assist with medications and medication accountability,   
  •   Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals  
  •   Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve  
  •   Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift  
  •   Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment  
  •   Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with:

  • Assistance With Medications certification
  • Good driving record

Full-Time Schedule:

  • Every other Wednesday: 8 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.

Must satisfactory complete a criminal background check
