We are looking for a Practice Marketing Specialist to help grow our patient base, strengthen our community presence, and bring our brand to life across all touchpoints.

This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and strategic, and who enjoys connecting with families and building strong local relationships.

What You'll Do 

• Execute local marketing strategies to drive new patient growth and retention 
• Manage social media presence and support online reputation management 
• Plan and coordinate community outreach, events, and partnerships (schools, local organizations, etc.) 
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives 
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and in-office experiences 
• Track marketing performance and provide insights to improve results 
• Assist with content creation including social media, emails, and office materials 

What You'll Bring

• 2–4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, or local business marketing 
• Strong understanding of social media and local marketing strategies 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail 
• Passion for creating positive, family-friendly experiences.

• Experience with community-based or pediatric-focused marketing 
• Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and reputation management platforms 
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
