Description

 

We're looking for someone who can think critically, troubleshoot problems efficiently, follow directions, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver quality workmanship across residential and commercial properties.

What You'll Do

  • Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
  • Complete general maintenance and repair work
  • Diagnose mechanical and property maintenance issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using a company-provided tablet
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements

 

What We're Looking For

  • Multiple years of maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in plumbing or industry-specific property maintenance
  • Formal industry training, trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work independently while following directions
  • Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good judgment and common sense when approaching repairs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism
  • Reliable, professional, and dependable
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Salary Description
$25-$35/ Hour
