Description
We're looking for someone who can think critically, troubleshoot problems efficiently, follow directions, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver quality workmanship across residential and commercial properties.
What You'll Do
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
- Complete general maintenance and repair work
- Diagnose mechanical and property maintenance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using a company-provided tablet
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Multiple years of maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in plumbing or industry-specific property maintenance
- Formal industry training, trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work independently while following directions
- Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills
- Good judgment and common sense when approaching repairs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly
- Open to feedback and constructive criticism
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
Salary Description
$25-$35/ Hour
